GROUND BEEF STIR FRY 
1 lb. ground round beef
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. noodles, uncooked
1 pkg. Birds Eye Japanese style vegetables
1/2 - 3/4 pkg. enclosed seasonings
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown beef. Dissolve cornstarch and salt in water, add to beef and bring to boil. Stir in noodles, cover. Simmer 2 minutes. Add vegetables, seasonings, soy sauce and bring to full boil. Stir until blended and cook until noodles are done. Serve with soy sauce. Makes 4 servings.
