POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box Betty Crock butter pecan cake mix
1 box Royal toasted coconut instant pudding (or coconut cream)
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1-3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. hot water

Beat eggs and oil, mix well. Add pudding mix and cake mix. Then add nuts and poppy seeds, add hot water, mix well. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be baked in loaf pans also.
