HAM LOAF 
1 lb. leftover ham
1 lb. lean fresh pork
1 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar

Grind ham and fresh pork, fine. Beat the eggs and mix the ham, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, ketchup and milk together. Place pineapple rings or chunks in the bottom of a buttered pan and place brown sugar on top of pineapple. Place meat mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
