HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ham
1 lb. fresh pork
2 eggs
2/3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 1/4 c. milk

Dressing:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. mustard

Combine ground ham and pork, eggs, crumbs, tapioca and milk. Shape into loaf and place in baking pan. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, water and mustard in saucepan and boil for a few minutes. Pour over ham loaf and bake about 1 1/2 hours at 300°F to 325°F. Baste loaf with dressing occasionally.
