GLAZED HAM LOAF 
1 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 lb. ground sausage
6 c. chopped baked ham
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 c. soft bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9x12 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Pour on glaze and bake 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. brown sugar, very lightly packed
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Mix together and pour on ham loaf halfway through baking cycle.
