PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF 
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup finely crushed saltines
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground fully cooked ham
1 pound ground fresh pork

Sauce:

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
8 ounce can crushed pineapple undrained

In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, crackers, and pepper. Add ham and pork, mix well. Form into a 9 by 4 inch loaf. Place in a shallow baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the sauce. Pour over loaf.

Bake at 350°F, until a meat thermometer registers 170°F, about 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently. Enjoy!

Yields 6-8 servings.
