HAM LOAF WITH PINEAPPLE II 
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple, need 3 slices
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. syrup from pineapple
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham loaf mixture
3/4 c. crushed bite size shredded wheat
1/2 c. onion flakes
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons. Add syrup to brown sugar; heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into 9 1/2" x 5" x 3" loaf pan; lay 3 slices of pineapple on top of sugar mixture. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly; pack lightly over sugar pineapple layer. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Pour off liquid and invert on plate. Slice into 10 to 12 slices.
