SAUSAGE STUFFING BALLS 
1 lb. fresh pork sausage
1 pkg. (7-8 oz.) seasoned stuffing
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine stuffing with hot water. Break sausage into small pieces. Add to moistened stuffing. Stir in onions, celery, egg and baking soda until blended. Shape into balls using 1/4 cup.

Place on baking sheet. Cover with foil tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 25 minutes or until sausage is done.
