SAUSAGE STUFFING BALLS | |
1 lb. fresh pork sausage 18 oz. pkg. stuffing bread 3/4 c. hot water 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. baking powder Mix all together and make into balls. Bake in deep cake pan, covered at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour, turn and cook 1/2 hour longer. |
