EASY SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. sausage, fresh ground not link
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
Dash of oregano
3 to 4 white potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Brown sausage in skillet and drain off fat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt and dash of oregano. In a baking dish, place half of the sausage. Arrange half the sliced potatoes over this.

Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Put other half of sausage and final layer of potatoes. Pour soup all over and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Serves 6.
