SAUSAGE AND KRAUT SUPPER 
1 lb. Polish sausage, kielbasa
1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and rained
1 green pepper
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 can (16 oz.) whole potatoes, drained

Cut sausage diagonally into 1/4 inch slices. Add to a large skillet with sauerkraut. Stir over medium heat. Seed and cut green pepper into 1 inch pieces. Add pepper to skillet. Stir in caraway seeds and potatoes. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until heated throughout. 4 servings.
