BEAN AND KRAUT SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) sauerkraut, drained
1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can wax beans, drained
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed & salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 bottle Italian dressing

Mix together lightly; cover and chill. (Fresh beans can also be used.)
