EASY SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1-2 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
2-3 sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 can apple pie filling

Boil sausage for 30 minutes and slice. Place sausage in baking dish, add sweet potatoes and apple pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Variation: Substitute Mrs. Paul's frozen candied sweet potatoes and 1 can pineapple chunks. Mix the juice from the pineapple with the candied sauce packet and pour over mixture.
