1 c. black olives, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1 tsp. mild curry powder
8 English muffins, split

Combine all ingredients. Spoon onto muffin halves. Broil until cheese melts. Cut muffins into quarters and serve hot. Makes 64 bite-sized pupus.
