SHRIMP AND NOODLE BAKE 
8 oz. wide noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
3 oz. French fried onion
14 oz. frozen or fresh cooked shrimp
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dried dillweed
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in flour, salt and dillweed. Add milk all at once, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Gently stir in noodles and shrimp. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle French fried onions around edges of casserole. Bake 5 more minutes. Makes 6 servings.
