WHOLE GRAIN MEAT LOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 3/4 c. uncooked oat cereal 1 egg, beaten 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt, optional 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. tomato juice Mix ground beef, oats, egg, and onion together. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add tomato juice and mix well. Pack into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings. Serve with cooked broccoli and brown rice. Add a salad of shredded carrots. |
