COUNTRY POTATO SOUP 
6-8 sm. red potatoes (others will do)
1 med. sized onion, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1-2 cakes sausage (cut in bits)
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour for thickening
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice thin potatoes. Place in saucepan along with onion, parsley and sausage bits. Cover with water and boil until tender. Add milk, salt, pepper and flour thickening. Makes 6 servings.
