PECAN PIE 
22 Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Grated chocolate candy
1 c. chopped pecans
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Whip cream or Cool Whip

Put Ritz crackers in a blender and chop. After chopping crackers, add sugar and pecans to the crackers and mix together. Beat egg whites until stiff. Put vanilla into the egg whites. Fold egg whites into mixture of crackers, sugar and pecans. Put in a preheated oven at 375 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Put whip cream on top. Then sprinkle with grated chocolate.
