MEATLOAF PINWHEELS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine meat, crumbs, half of Cheez Whiz and salt. Mix lightly. Pat out meat mixture to cover 12"x10" foil rectangle. Combine remaining Cheez Whiz, rice and parsley. Spread over meat mixture. Carefully roll meat. Wrap securely. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Cut roll in 8 slices. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until meat is done.
