CROWNING GLORY MEAT LOAF 
1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
3 strips bacon, cut in half

Combine 1/2 can soup with remaining ingredients except bacon. Mix thoroughly. In shallow baking dish (13"x9"x2"), shape firmly into ring (2" high with 4" opening). Place bacon on ring. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off fat. Top loaf with remaining soup. Bake 5 minutes more. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
