CROWNING GLORY MEAT LOAF 
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. quick-cooking rice, uncooked
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
3 strips bacon, cut in half

Combine 1/2 can soup with beef, onion, rice, egg and salt. Mix thoroughly in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Shape firmly into ring (2 inches high with 4-inch opening). Place bacon on ring. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off fat. Top loaf with remaining soup. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
