NEW ENGLAND MEAT LOAF 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. crunchy corn flakes
1 can chicken and rice soup minus 1/3 to 1/2 of the liquid
1 beaten egg

Mix together and place in loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Top with catsup halfway through baking.
