PEACH CREAM TART 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sour cream
3 egg yolks
6 med. peaches or 2 lbs.

BUTTER CRUST:

1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sour cream

Combine flour, butter. Cut with pastry blender. Add sour cream, then add above mixture. Bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
