OLD FASHIONED PEACH COBBLER 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. ice water

Mix first four ingredients until crumbly. Add ice water and mix well. Roll out in one sheet. Cut one piece for top crust, add remaining crust to bottom of pan and press into thin crust. Add fruit mixture. Add top crust.

FRUIT MIXTURE:

5-6 c. fresh or frozen peaches
About 1 c. sugar (more or less, according to tartness)
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. flour
Dash cinnamon

(Can use apples, blackberries, blueberries, etc. with this recipe).

Mix in saucepan until just hot. Pour into crust and add top crust. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
