PEACH CRUMB PIE 
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar (1 tbsp. more of peaches are tart)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. peeled and sliced peaches
1 deep dish pie crust shell

TOPPING FOR CRUST:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. butter, softened

1. Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well. Pour mixture into pie crust.

3. For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and rolled oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie.

4. Bake on preheaetd baking sheet 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. (Makes 8 servings.)
