1 - 2 - 3 PEACH PIE 
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh peaches
3 tbsp. flour
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten

Stir flour and sugar together; add beaten eggs and mix. Pour over peaches in a bowl; stir until all peach slices are covered. Put in pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. This is quick, easy, and delicious.
