POTATO CASSEROLE 
10 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 slices of bread, soaked in 2/3 cup milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix together and pour into greased casserole. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and pour 1/2 cup melted butter over top.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
