POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 32 oz. pkg. Frozen Hash Browns
2 c. Velveeta Cheese, cubed (16 oz.)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 large tub Sour Cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 Onion, grated

Topping:

1 stick butter, melted
2 c. crushed Corn Flakes

Mix together hash browns, Velveeta, soup, sour cream, one stick melted butter and onion. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan, cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. Spread one stick butter, melted, and crushed Corn Flakes over the top and bake, uncovered for another 1/2 hour. Serve.
