HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes

Mix potatoes with 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese and stir well. Put into greased casserole dish. Crush cereal with remaining butter in separate bowl and then sprinkle on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
