HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown patties
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Mix topping and place on top of casserole mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
