PORK BARBECUES 
3 - 4 lbs. pork
2 med. onions, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. bottle. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. celery

Cook meat until tender enough to shred. Combine all ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve on hamburger buns. Slaw optional.
