NANA'S BEEF BARBECUE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Brown beef, drain fat. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on hot roll, topped with cole slaw. Serves 4.

This is a recipe created by my husband's grandmother. I have fond memories of her fixing this delicious dish, which is a favorite of children and teenagers.
