SOUTHERN HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. tomato catsup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat in hot fat. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve on warm hamburger buns with cole slaw or onion. Serves 6 to 8.
