MARY EVELYN'S BARBECUE 
3 lb. cooked chuck roast
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. minced real onion
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water

Grind cooked (I use left over) chuck roast.

Cook next 5 ingredients 5 minutes and add to meat.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Put on toasted buns and add slaw.
