MARY'S BARBECUES 
2 lb. pork or beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Boil pork (or beef) until tender. Combine other ingredients. Add pork which has been cut into small pieces, simmer about 1 hour. Put on hot buns. Top with hot sauce and slaw.
