LATE-MA-QUENIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole tomatoes, stewed (Rotel if desired hot)
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water (or more)
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. ground oregano
Dash of sweet basil leaf

Cook and drain ground beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients, cook and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve as chili or for Frito chili pie.
