HAMBURGER/GREEN BEANS OVER RICE 
1 can green beans (any style)
1 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 buds garlic, minced
1/4 c. cornstarch (fill rest of cup with cold water to dissolve)

Prepare rice as directed. Brown onion, beef and garlic in skillet. Drain grease and add green bean juice and cornstarch liquid until thickens. After thickens, add green beans and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Allow time for green beans to heat and serve over rice. (This is delicious even without the rice.)
