BUTTERED POTATO WEDGES 
1/3 c. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lb. baking potatoes
3 tbsp. grated Italian cheese
3/4 c. cut-up green onions

Place butter in 1-cup measure. Microwave on high until melted. Stir in pepper. Cut each potato into wedges. Arrange potato wedges on 12-inch plate or large baking sheet. Brush with half the butter. Cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Rearrange potatoes. Brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions, cover. Microwave on high 7 to 13 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand covered 5 to 6 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
