BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. water
2 1/2 c. broccoli, cut up
1 c. celery
1/4 c. onions
1-2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
3 pieces American cheese
3 pieces Swiss cheese

Mix water, broccoli, celery, and onions in a large kettle and cook for 20 minutes. Mix cornstarch or flour in a little water. Pour into kettle slowly while stirring. Turn heat down to low. Pour in milk slowly, while stirring. Add cheeses and let melt; serve.

VARIATION: Add cooked potatoes. Use only Velveeta cheese or any other cheese combinations.
