TURKEY CURRY 
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. evaporated milk
2 to 3 c. roast turkey, diced
1 apple, sliced
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. turkey broth
Juice of half a lemon

Saute apple and onion in butter. Stir in flour. Add curry powder, salt, ginger, broth and milk. Cook until thick. Add lemon juice and diced turkey.
