CURRY TURKEY SALAD 
1 or 2 cups roast turkey (leftover is fine)
1 cup grapes, cut into halves
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder (or less, to taste)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream

Finely chop all ingredients; add mayonnaise, sour cream and half of the curry powder; stir until combined.

Taste mixture and adjust seasonings, adding remaining curry powder, if desired.

Wrap in tortilla or spread between toasted bread.

Great tasting sandwich option for leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas, only thing is that I left out the grapes. 5 stars!
