SMOKED TURKEY SALAD 
1 precooked Louis Rich hickory smoke turkey breast, cubed
1 to 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes (red or green)
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3/4 lb. Jarlsburg cheese, cubed
1 c. cashews
1/4 c. sherry
Paprika

Cube turkey and cheese. Cut grapes in half. Toss turkey, cheese, grapes, and cashews together. Mix remainder of ingredients until well blended. Pour over salad and coat well. Line a platter or bowl with ruffled lettuce and mound salad on top. Serve with garlic bread or bread sticks and salad greens or raw vegetables. Elegant but easy.
