SHRIMP THERMIDOR 
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed shrimp soup
1 pt. light cream
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp or canned
1/2 c. cooked lobster meat
Salt, pepper, paprika

In a saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add condensed shrimp soup and light cream; heat slowly to boil, stirring constantly. Mixture should be smooth. Add cheese, stirring until it melts. Add shrimp and lobster. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
