UPSIDE - DOWN PIZZA | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls Cook beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain well. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with Pam cooking spray. Spoon meat and tomato sauce mixture into pan. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
