RHUBARB SALAD 
3 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. cold water
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice

Cook rhubarb, sugar, salt, and water until thick. Add Jello/lemon juice mixture. Refrigerate until set.
