FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, flour and confectioners' sugar; pat into pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; spread over cool crust. Cover with fresh fruit - kiwi, peaches, strawberries, grapes, etc. Top with glaze.

Glaze: Cook 1 cup fruit juice or water, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Cook until thick and clear. Cool slightly and pour over fruit.
