CORN AND PEA MARINATED SALAD 
2 cans LeSeuer peas, drained
2 cans whole kernel white shoe peg corn, drained
1 lg. jar pimento, chopped, drained
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained

Combine ingredients.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Let stand a day before serving.
