PHILLY FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) refrigerated slice and bake cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Sliced fruit - peaches, kiwi, banana, berries, nectarines, etc.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pineapple or peach juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Few drops yellow or orange food coloring

Line a 14 inch pizza pan (lightly greased) with cookies, sliced and pressed to fill pan. Bake and cool as directed. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Spread on cookie sheet. Line crust with sliced fruit.

Prepare glaze. Cook until thick. Spread over fruit and chill. Slice and serve in wedges.
