MILWAUKEE CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. melted butter
1 lb. marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
2 pkg. (8 oz.) crem cheese
2 c. whipped cream, whipped

Blend graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter, press into 9 x 13 pan. Leave out 3/4 c. crumbs for top. Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler, pour mixture into bowl with cream cheese. Beat until smooth like custard, then fold in whipped cream. Pour into crumb crust, top with remaining crumbs, chill at lest 8 hours.
