FRUIT PIZZA 
Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Pie filling (cherry, blueberry or your favorite)
Sliced peaches (canned or fresh)
Pineapple chunks, drained
Kiwi, sliced

Slice cookie dough and arrange on non-stick pizza pan or cookie sheet to form a solid "pizza" crust. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese; add confectioners sugar. Spread on crust. Arrange pie filling and fruit in a decorative manner on top of cream cheese. Chill for 1 hour. Slice and serve. Use your favorite fruit and your imagination.
